am a mother of 3 grown children, grandmother (oma) of the most beautiful granddaughter in the world. i am close to the sangat in Belgium, but still feel not fully accepted. But i have time and patience.

it is varnished cork, the inmates were allowed to put ictures on it.
This was the cell of a sikh (he wrote his name as well, but i am not posting it to protect his privacy).
He counted the days he was in there...
I could feel the real drama behind it, but at the same time saw the beauty of this scene, the faded colors, the hoping of the list of numbers, the dispair...
i would like to paint this, but i am still too sad when i see it.
